In 1998, Will Vision and Laser Centers became the first surgeon owned center in the United States to open its doors specializing exclusively in laser refractive surgery. Equipped with the most advanced VISX Star excimer laser system available, our initial procedures were performed at our flagship center located in Vancouver, Washington. Growing exponentially from this early beginning, Will Vision and Laser Centers ranks amongst the top 3% of laser centers nationally and Dr. Will has attained international recognition for his contributions to

Dr. Will is the only refractive surgeon in the Pacific Northwest recognized by as his peers as one of the Best Doctors in America – an honor attained by only the top 5% of physicians nationwide. He holds academic teaching appointments at the Loma Linda University School of Medicine and at the Pacific University School of Optometry. He is Councilor for the Loma Linda University Adventist Health Science Center in Loma Linda, California. In these roles he has lectured and taught surgical technique to LASIK surgeons and eye doctors at every major ophthalmic scientific meeting during the past 9 years.
