The second part of the Lasik eye surgery procedure employs the use of another type of laser to gently remove the tissue for your correction.  There are numerous lasers to accomplish this, however, just like in the car market there are vast differences in quality and reliability.  Dr. Will has chosen to use the Visx StarS4 with iris recognition.  This laser utilizes technology used in space exploration to map out and treat minor imperfections that keep you from seeing as well as you possibly could.
