Staff Surgery Team

You are in the expert hands of Dr. Will.

Your patient education counselor meets with you before surgery to instruct you in the proper care of your eyes after surgery. She provides you with the pre-surgical Valium and Vicodin. She takes payment for your procedure and can answer your questions about financial arrangements.

The surgical assistants work alongside Dr. Will throughout your procedure. They are responsible for preparing the surgical instruments and keeping the surgical routine very consistent.

The laser technician calibrates the laser and optics routinely to ensure optimal performance. The technician and Dr. Will confirm the exact data entered in the laser's computer for your treatment. The tech assists Dr. Will in guiding the tracking system to lock into alignment with your eye to achieve accurate results.
