Wavefront customized treatments combined with "all laser" Intralase femtosecond technology is the premier procedure worldwide.  Due to our commitment to quality and safety, that is Dr. Will's preferred treatment for every patient

Will frequently offer a menu of surgical options and will admit that some of those options are either less effective, less safe or less advanced than wavefront customized Intralase

The average surgical fee for Custom Intralase in the US is $4000-6000 for both eyes. Our fees are typically up to 40% less than other comparable centers, and are frequently lower than those centers that offer the steel bladed microkeratome option

We provide only the most advanced services available anywhere in the world.  We do not offer inferior or less effective medical procedure to any patient at any price

Frequently use a "bait and switch" tactic to attract patients.  Often advertise a very low price using older laser technology, however when the patient is examined, that low priced procedure is not recommended and the patient experience an aggressive “up-sell” to a higher surgical fee

Comprehensive care provided so there is no charge for any needed follow-up visits even months or years after your procedure.  There is no need to "pre-purchase" your postoperative care as it is already included in the price of the initial procedure

Frequently use deceptive techniques such as offering a "low" procedure fee but unbundle the postoperative care and charge the patient separately for years of care they likely do not need and at a higher overall cost

Punctal plugs are only used in the small percentage of patients that need them and the cost for such plugs is included in the fee for the initial procedure

Frequently suggest that all patients need punctal plugs and they have a significant extra fee for such plugs.  This is an unethical medical practice as it involves performing an ‘unnecessary’ medical procedure on patients while exposing them to risks associated with injury to their tear duct system from that procedure
