Optometric Physicians


Dr. Brittain has been working with Dr. Will for over 7 years and can’t imagine doing anything else. He enjoys the continuously changing environment that a leading edge surgeon creates. Dr. Brittain uses his sense of humor to help calm patients before surgery. Dr. Brittain was born in Colorado, but spent most of his life in Oregon, where he received his undergraduate degree in Business in 1989 and received his O.D. in 1993 from Pacific University. When he is not working, he enjoys photography, white water rafting, carpentry and hanging out with his wife and four children.

 

Dr. Griffith loves what she does and likes having the flexibility to give her patients the time and attention they deserve. She enjoys working with Dr. Will in a relaxed atmosphere where all her patients receive the top technology. Dr. Griffith’s patients appreciate that she is friendly, thoughtful, and accessible and they admire her confidence. Dr. Griffith was raised in Minnesota where she completed her undergraduate degree in chemistry in 1991 then earned her O.D. at Pacific University in Oregon in 1995. Outside of work, Dr. Griffith can usually be found playing ice hockey with her husband Scott.



Dr. Carolyn Clark was welcomed to the Will Vision physician team in 2007. She brings with her an extensive background in both primary care, and surgical co-management emphasizing cataract care. Well known to the Salem community, Dr. Clark’s energetic style and cheerful demeanor make her a local favorite. Raised in a small town in southern Minnesota, Dr. Clark received her Bachelors degree in 1989 in Biology.  In 1993, she received her doctorate in optometry from Pacific University, graduating with honors. Dr. Clark devotes her free time to her three daughters, golf, gardening and travel.
