Dear Dr. Will and Dr. Brittain,

As I look out the window I can see the numbers on houses and car license plates blocks away. This letter is to thank you for giving me the gift of better then 20/20 vision and to share my experience at Will Vision.

My quest for the best Lasik facilities started several months ago and ended with your facility. First, I discovered your incredible web page. It provided the live video seminar, testimonials and technical laser information that no other company provided.

This convinced me to drive from Seattle to Vancouver to see your amazing seminar. It was powerful to see an actual Lasik procedure and better yet, through your glass walls. Everything you did showed you had nothing to hide and that you were confident of your abilities to provide the best Laser technology you can. After all my questions were answered I signed up for Wednesday February 28....the day of the earthquake!

This was my first earthquake and it hit when I was next in line for the procedure. Now I was glad I chose the procedure with the Ladarvision eye tracker. The eye moves a lot faster then the oscillations of the quake and I was told, within the capabilities of the eye tracker. I can still hear other Lasik Doctors I met saying Eye tracker? We don't need one.

The procedure continued flawlessly 15 minutes after the tremor and my recovery continued exactly as Dr. Brittain said it would. The results seven days later are better then 20/20 and I have absolutely no discomfort. I flew myself, and a fellow pilot in Beech Bonanza, from Seattle to Portland for my 7 day follow-up exam. I also look forward to diving and hang gliding.

I know that you must receive many letters of thanks for miracles you perform routinely, every day restoring patients vision. Nevertheless I must tell you how grateful I am for the operation that has improved much of my life only after one week.

I could list all of the activities that vision without glasses has enhanced but it is more important to tell you how much I the personal professional care you gave me before and after the surgery. I especially want thank Marie, Megan, and Dr. Brittain for giving me confidence before I was placed in Dr Wills extraordinary competent hands. My operation was completely without pain and the week since without even discomfort as I adjust to a quality of life I never dreamed possible while wearing glasses for more than 45 years. My hope is that thousands of persons like me will find their way to your wonderfully efficient clinic.

I want to thank you for the obvious: vision that is astonishingly clear in one eye and that is catching up in the other eye. I have worn glasses for 24 of my 32 years and can not wear contacts and will never again have to hear, you would be so pretty without your glasses! I know and dont have to explain to you all my gratitude for an entirely now quality of life.

I would also like to thank you for the not so obvious. In this decade of declining customer service your entire staff was courteous, warm, professional, friendly, and highly competent. At other doctors offices I have felt rushed, and as if I am an inconvenience - my fears an annoyance.

Again your staff surpassed anything I have experienced. A blanket for any chills, and a welcoming and accommodating attitude for my family (who were madly video taping everything). And Pandi holding my hand and stroking my shoulder during the procedure (which is a recognition that any kind of procedure is traumatic) helped ease my anxiety - as did the courtesy of informing me throughout exactly what was happening. Bravo to you all! I have enthusiastically recommended your team to several people.
