Dr. Will is a world authority in the field of refractive surgery having performed over 28,000 laser refractive procedures over the past decade. He has lectured at every major scientific meeting on laser vision correction and teaches courses on advanced surgical techniques in the US and abroad. He serves on the Editorial Board for Ophthalmology Management and served on the Board of Directors for the American College of Eye Surgery. He is Assistant Clinical Professor at the Loma Linda University School of Medicine and has trained more refractive surgeons and has performed more Wavefront guided Intralase procedures than any other refractive surgeon in the Pacific Northwest. He has published more chapters on IntraLASIK surgical technique in leading textbooks than any other single surgeon in the world. He received his MD from Loma Linda University Medical Center and completed his residency at The Eye Institute in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.


Carlene - Executive Vice-President
Carlene is in charge of many major decisions that affect the company. She controls most aspects of advertising, staffing, purchasing, and professional relations.

 

Brian St. Clair - Chief Financial Officer
Brian is in charge of monitoring daily operations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.


Venessa - Center Coordinator
Venessa oversees the daily operations of the center. She works closely with Carlene, our Executive Vice-President. Her job is to ensure that aspects of the company such as staffing, scheduling, purchasing, and our live seminars are handled smoothly.
